With one week to go we are still open for entries into the 2nd Aberystwyth Rapidplay on February 17th 2024. The venue is Gwleidyddiaeth Ryngwladol International Politics, Aberystwyth SY23 3FE. The entry costs are £18 for Aberystwyth Students, Alumni and Under 18s/Juniors and £23 for all others It will be a 7 round tournament with the first round…

Can I say thanks to Peter Slater for finding this snippet from the paper. It shows our very own Ron Williams and others from the BSO chess team from a few years back. I think the trophy is still used to day for the winners of the league.?!
